Returns & Exchanges

At Toy Collectors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds; if your item isn't a perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and protective seals are intact to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
